Passports to Awareness

Gently applied pressure. The way to win the day.

Before you take action on the suggestions herein, read the book in its entirety and take note of what you are already doing and what is new to you. Perhaps those things in practice can be done more consciously, intentionally, and with deeper purpose.

It would be overwhelming to try to do everything at once. After reading through and making some notes, start with one or two things already part of your routine — or things that appeal to you. Gradually add more of the suggestions to your daily activities until you are making at least some effort on all of the passports.

Your journey is a living, changing thing. The passports are here to serve you, not the other way around. Make an effort, but do so in a way that is not forcing.

Gently Applied Pressure

Apply no pressure and nothing changes. Apply too much and you cannot sustain the effort. The way to win the day is gently applied pressure that takes on a life of its own — and grows with you as you unfold.

It has been said that the average book is read for sixteen pages. Do not let that be the story of you and this book. Read it, refer to it, underline, highlight, dog-ear and get coffee stains on it.

These are your passports to awareness; your passports to success. Take advantage and enjoy the journey.

Bon voyage.
